Terminal

My interpretation of the term "Terminal" for a group show under that title, at the Outline Festival Jerusalem 2019.

I was playing with its double meaning: On one hand - an end, final station; On the other hand - a transition point, a port, a gateway to another reality, the beginning of something new.

I illustrated this duality as a life path that has a beginning, middle and end, while also suggesting the possibility that the end is an opening for something new and unknown.

The icon of the conveyor belt and the environment of the airport terminal fit here very naturally, as a place where endings, beginnings and the unknown are always present.
