Mistrionline is a professional, locally owned service company committed to providing reliable handyman service for clients in Nepal and the surrounding areas. It works with both residential and commercial properties.

I worked as a UX researcher at the initial phase followed by a UI designer role at the later stage of design thinking process. Parallely I took the responsibility as a project management till final delivery where I lead the team, formulated plans and monitored progress.

In the beginning of the prototyping phase I created a rough sketches on paper so that I could get some ideation for making visual designs and later transformed sketches into lo-fi wireframes. After validating Lo-fi wireframes from stakeholders I moved to creating a design system which included Moodboard, Colors, Typography, Grid System, Iconography, etc.
