The insights team at Facebook was having difficulty getting users to enter and complete a survey that would provide the team with valuable feedback. We created some illustrations that would bring a friendlier approach and promote engagement with users. Helping the users feel some connection with FB’s request was key, so the illustrations needed to showcase hope and vision.
