This is solution for searching and selecting items:

1. Search Bar: Provide a search bar at the top of the page, where users can enter a keyword to search for items. As the user types, provide auto-suggestions to help them find the right item.

3. List of Items: Display the search results in a list format, showing the relevant information.

4. Multi-Select Checkbox: Add a checkbox next to each item in the list, which users can select them.

5. Clear All button helps user to clear all chooses and started chose again clearing previously chose.

6. Create new option gives opportunity users to add new item if they can’t find necessary one.

7. Clear Filters Option: Include a 'Clear All' button that allows users to reset their filter selections and start a new search.

Overall, this user experience solution for searching and selecting multiple items is designed to be intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly. It allows users to easily find and select the items they need, without any confusion or frustration.
