This is a continuation of my subject illustration series. I wanted to test out a new way of shading and I think it feels natural. The shadowing was done by darkening the skin tone and lowering the opacity.

This is a continuation of my subject illustration series. I wanted to experiment with subtle coloring and gradients. I like how the gradients look but I think they could be a little darker to stand out from the background.

This is a continuation of my subject illustration series. The part that drew me to this image was the saturated colors and how they interacted with the model's dark clothing. For this illustration I wanted to see how quickly I could complete an illustration, the end result was approximately 35 minutes.

This illustration will be part of a series of subject illustrations. I always love seeing these kinds of styled illustrations in publications, so I wanted to see how well I could make one. The original image was photographed by Brian Asare on https://unsplash.com/photos/eZeUdRuchPA
