Tweak & Tune Logo

Here is the logo I made for my company www.tweakandtune.co. Our company does conversion rate optimization. CRO is a lot about testing and using analytics to find insights, but it's also an art to write great copy and design sites that makes people convert. So I've tried to combine art and science into one icon. This is the first iteration, so I would love to get your feedback.
