Happy to share with you our new mobile application design sneak peeks we recently worked on which is based on online services app.

Krios is a premium laundry & other popular services app that picks up dirty laundry cleans it and delivers it back to its owners. Customers only need to schedule a pick-up time, select a service type, and enter a pickup location to use the service. The finished clothes will then be delivered to them on the return date. Cash on delivery and online payment features have also been added.

Problem Statement

Currently, customers place their laundry orders by calling the Shop or visiting their physical location. This can be time-consuming and inconvenient for customers, especially those who are busy or have a hectic schedule. It can also lead to longer wait times and a backlog of orders for the company, as they rely on manual processes to keep track of orders.

Solution

To solve these problems, we decided to develop a mobile app that would allow customers to place their laundry orders online. The app would allow customers to select the services they need, choose a pickup and delivery date and time, and make payment all through the app. This would make the ordering process more convenient and efficient for customers, and also streamline the shop's operations.

Design

The UI design of the app was created to be simple, intuitive, and user-friendly, with a focus on making it easy for customers to place their orders. The app also included features such as push notifications to keep customers informed about the status of their orders, and the ability to track their orders in real-time.

For the UX design, the team conducted user research to understand the needs and behaviors of customers. Based on this research, the team created several prototypes and conducted user testing to refine the design and ensure that it met the needs of the customers.

Result

The laundry app was launched and has been well-received by customers. The app has made the ordering process more convenient and efficient for customers, and has helped to streamline the company's operations. The company has seen an increase in customer satisfaction, and a reduction in wait times and backlog of orders.

Conclusion

The laundry app has been a successful project that has helped the company to expand its business and meet the needs of its customers. The combination of a well-designed UI and a user-centered UX design has resulted in a product that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, providing a positive experience for customers.
