Digital Painting Practice 3

While I am not new to illustration/design, I am quite new to digital painting with a wacom stylus.
So I've started just recently to do practice sketches & coloring and this is one of them. While I know this piece its "ok" I know its not quite there yet; I am struggling with the hair as it doesn't look realistic enough neither the skin which looks extremely glossy.
So I am looking for constructive criticism and tips about these two mayor problems I am facing. By the way, this illustration is done in MangaStudio.
