Employer brand — Instagram mockup

As a design team, we worked for our company’s  employer brand while communication closely with our Human Resources and Marketing teams.

We asked one question to start with: “What can best represent Yousigners?”

Ambition, Trust, Transparency and Cohesion. These 4 values of Yousign became a concept and aesthetics for the Employer brand.
