REEL required full marketing and web development support, from a logo and brand guidelines to web design and social media strategy. The business needed to create an immersive and experiential brand that would entice customers through its website and other digital mediums.

Our Approach.

We initially provided REEL with a logo and brand guidelines, additionally creating marketing communications and tone of voice documents to help personify the brand. 

These documentations enabled us to identify brand personas and target demographics to funnel the audience. Subsequently, the synergy between these documents translated through to the website design and build, enabling us to create a humanised, fun and relatable brand.   

We considered the customer’s journey throughout, carefully mapping out REEL’s web pages to showcase its three main principles (Ride Green, Ride Far, Ride Different) whilst streamlining the purchasing process and providing accessible points of contact for customers.  

The Outcome.

Within the first few months of REEL launching, we have sold numerous scooters to the general public and formed business to business relationships with scooter retailers to sell REEL scooters in their stores across the UK. 

We ran social media advertising for REEL to increase brand awareness in a competitive market, and since then we have seen their website traffic soar with increased traffic by 143%. Compared to other Shopify stores that launched in the same week, REEL is in the top 7% of website traffic.
