Problem-Solving APP Ux/Ui Case study (E-Plant)

Hi Dribbblers,

Here is the solution-oriented case study of my recent projects.

E-Plant is a well-reputed shop that sells plants and accessories and even rents Yards for urban people. In this digital world, they want to leverage their business through online platforms. E-Plant decreases their onsite sales and found that people place orders via social media. They find 45% of sales come from online customers.

My Goal is to Research on the targeted audience and brings their problem on the table. According to user needs and goals I will create a mobile app for E-Plant so users can find it usable, and trustable at the same time aligns with their business goals.

Smart Search

Problem

The user was having trouble finding their preferred plants. They spend a lot of time and because of this many users don't buy plants.

Solution

I bring a smart search filter to the table to solve their problem. And definitely, it improves usability, better organization, increased engagement, a more personalized experience, and improved accuracy.

Description, Care & Reviews.

Problem:

Users don't know the proper information about certain plants that's why they get confused when trying to buy the plant. Also, they want to know how the plant performs when brought home but there is a very low chance to meet someone who already has this plant.

Another crucial problem users buy plants and after a few days the plant starts to get affected and finally die. they don't know why it's happening. That's why they don't buy again even discouraging others to not buy the plant. In addition, the users don't have the proper guideline for taking care of the plants.

Schedule

Problem:

Because of their busy life user don't have much time to take care of them. Even they forget to provide water timely manner that's why the plants get affected. Some people want to make a schedule according to their free time to take care of their plants or garden.

Solution:

Cart & payment

Problem:

While exploring the shop, users have a lot of options to buy. They start checking and taking the ones they like, one by one. In the physical shop, it is very difficult to carry multiple plants while checking other options. Because the plants are weighty, there is a chance to fall the soil from the root of the plant.

Solution:

I Bring the Cart feature which is a very common solution. Also added a smooth payment process via card to place the order.

Track Delivery

To improve customer experience: I added a delivery tracking feature so they can see real-time updates on the status of their orders. Also, it increases transparency and trust of our product.
