Why I created this app?

We were looking for apartment, but we couldn't find any pet friendly apartment. We had to visit many apartments before finding one that allowed our beloved pet. We couldn't find pet friendly apartments on any real estate apps. We had no knowledge of neighborhood, we had no idea that we can get food deliver to our door step in this area, if we can book any cab, are there hospitals, shops nearby. After shifting to apartment we realized that construction work was going on all around the apartment. So i wanted to create an app that will help user find pet friendly apartments, they can look into their neighborhood and decide from home if they want to buy that apartment or want to get it on rent.

I have classified these properties as Class A, Class B, Class C based on amenities and neighborhood.

I have included google map in this design, so that user can look into the neighborhood, look for nearby hospitals, schools, shops, malls and they can decide to visit the apartment.

I have included chat history and call history in this app as from my personal experience, we call the same property owner again and again.

I have included chat history page, so that users can find their communication details.
