The Pickled Boys is a South African food startup launched in 2021 specializing in the creation and innovation of traditional pickled and fermented products. With a focus on high-quality ingredients and unique recipe development, the company aims to bring these products into the modern age and appeal to a wider audience.

ASSIGNMENT 

To launch the brand and establish a strong presence in the south African food industry, the Pickled Boys needed support in all areas of product design, development and marketing.

We leveraged market intelligence to gather insights on consumer preferences and industry trends. We thenused this information to drive recipe development and product innovation. The production process was managed with a focus on quality assurance and supply chain management to ensure high-quality outcomes and secure product availability. Marketing and brand development strategies were designed to enhance customer appeal and drive sales growth.

The Pickled Boys worked closely with cross-functional teams to launch the brand and successfully establish a unique food product line in Southern Africa.
