Draggable list component, part of complex dashboard

This is a redesign of a component for managing specific items, part of a complex dashboard.

In the previous version users had to move items up and down with arrow buttons on each row. This was making the process of moving an item from position 10 to position 2 a nightmare - had to click 8 times. The design I proposed was with drag and drop functionality to replace the old approach and deliver better UX for achieving users' goals.

We also had some additional action buttons for each item, those were changed to show only on mouse over to reduce the overall visual noise in larger lists.
