Illustration:Kylin Bag
This is an illustration of the Kylin Bag, which I completed in 2011. It was painted in watercolor and adapted from Beijing Opera. The story takes place in the Ming Dynasty. The day before Catwoman got married, the squirrel servant lost a dowry, Catwoman didn't blame, yet a slight countenance of sulkiness appeared on her face. In order to comfort Catwoman, Mother Cat gave her a Kylin Bag full of gold, silver and jewelry. On the day of the wedding, out of pity, Catwoman gave the Kylin Bag as a present to a woman who passed by. She was also getting married but crying bitterly. This was just the beginning of the story. A month later, a flood occurred, and Catwoman was homeless and went bankrupt.
The plot behind is still very long, I will paint it into a series.
The style is a bit biased towards two-dimensional vector, and it was originally painted in this style to facilitate the production of two-dimensional experimental animation.
