Bindr - CRM for care homes
Bindr is a unified platform that simplifies the management of both digital and offline care home inquiries, saving time and ensuring maximum occupancy.
The product is the outcome of multiple months of researching the possible solution to the existing industry problem with managing elderly care home enquiries based on input from the people within the care sector.

The challenge
Our team was tasked conducting a thorough product discovery, creating a minimum viable brand identity, and designing a user-friendly CRM that would introduce innovation to the care software market while blending in seamlessly.
The solution
The outcome of multiple sessions of brainstorming, ideation, sketching, and wireframing was a design of a unified solution that efficiently consolidates care inquiries in one location, reducing staff time and ensuring maximum occupancy.
MVP branding
We created a minimum viable brand identity, aimed at giving the product a sleek, modern appearance and aesthetic.
At the same time, the brand fits into the existing sector, as our research showed that our target audience would benefit more from familiarity rather than complete visual disruption.
Logo
The logomark symbolises letter B in the word "Bindr" and the clips of an actual binder (an item that is commonly used in care homes to keep track of enquiries).
Typeface
We used Source Sans Pro as its slightly condensed letterforms make it ideal for our data-rich interface where where conserving space is crucial.
Colour palette
We have opted for a complementary colour scheme that not only appears fresh but also aligns with the appearance of other brands in the care industry.
Iconography
The Bindr icons are characterized by their rounded shapes and minimalist design, seamlessly blending with the other UI elements of the brand.
Website creation

Additionally, we have developed a promo website for Bindr, which serves to both pique the user's interest and familiarize them with the CRM, as well as providing them with the ability to sign up and begin utilizing Bindr.
We built the website using the no-code development tool Webflow. We chose this tool due to its capability of ensuring design consistency and facilitating fast creation, enabling us to be both time- and cost-effective.
