Bulb Tracker

My apartment complex seems to have a lot of bulbs that go out. Furthermore, it seems pretty hard for them to keep track of the lightbulbs which are out. This is a simple concept for a lightbulb tracker.

This is all I have designed so far, but have plans to incorporate a JavaScript mapping function to allow easy selection of buildings / grounds to "zoom in on" and see outages. Also need to think about the interface for easily and quickly entering new outages. Lots to consider, but I am hoping to keep it simple enough to program over a weekend.

I saw a need, and am trying to solve it.
