My Role
User Research
What user expects in a caregiver?
User Persona
User Flow
User flow is determined by onboarding based on user and market research interviews.
Onboarding follows the one-step phone number verification to make the sign-in process more user-friendly.
The slides below follow: User Flow -->Sign Up Flow --> Sign In Flow
Walker's search begins after noting the date and hour. Before proceeding, the user can ignore the choice and explore the profiles.
Wireframes
Low-fidelity wireframes were created to obtain a sense of how the app would appear and function.
After several wireframe iterations, the final ones were picked for high fidelity and user testing.
After several wireframe iterations, the final ones were picked for high fidelity and user testing.
The approach began with constructing low-fidelity wireframes, testing their functionality, and comparing them to market research, then progressed to high-fidelity design with colors and visual indications.
Design System
A design system was created to ensure consistency and speed throughout the design process.
First, a mood board was designed to establish the app's overall vibe.
Following that, the color palette and font-size for the components were chosen.
To make the process simpler and faster, component sets were generated after completing low-fidelity wireframes.
Prototyping
The prototype displays the user signing in, browsing services, and scheduling a walk with the caregiver.
