This application is dedicated to provide research among IT professionals which will result in finding out which area of development work is the best to be engaged in.

The application covers 5 domains which will identify what is the most suitable project scope and which organizational culture the person best fits to. The areas are as follows: coding characteristics, team performance, work with a client, business environment and tech stack. Following survey's results one can find what kind of projects as well as what type of corporate culture is most motivating and well customized for the respondent. The assessment will help to identify not only the best tailored business area but also what is preferred working environment, skillset and what types of tasks are most challenging and preferable to perform.
