In 2019 Chili's underwent a major brand overhaul – but two years later the updated visual standards had yet to fully permeate their online presence. As Chili's trusted brand partner, they turned to us to update the existing email templates and rethink the way they presented regular content like 3 for $10 specials and Marg of the Month announcements.
