Illustrations of Vanadzor, Armenia

I moved to Vanadzor 7 months ago and while living here I tried to gather memories for my future self. One of the things that I noticed is that I have a lot of pictures of the places and random objects inside the town. I chose illustrations that represent my impressions of the small town.

Vanadzor is a small town surrounded by mountains in the North of Armenia. It's quite peaceful and has a nice atmosphere. Despite being an old Soviet industrial town, it still has some interesting pieces of architecture.

Moving to Armenia and living outside Yerevan was a good decision for me. Vanadzor has more places to grow and develop as a town, but I feel safe here. The people are easygoing, although the city is not as developed as Yerevan. There are no big shopping malls or fancy restaurants, but it’s not a problem for me. I like walking down the streets in my free time and going to the parks with my friends.
