Fitness & Workout App
Fitness and workout refer to physical activity that is done to improve or maintain one's health and physical abilities. Some common forms of fitness and workout include:
Cardiovascular exercise (running, cycling, swimming, etc.)
Strength training (weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, etc.)
High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Yoga
Pilates
Dance fitness
Outdoor activities (hiking, rock climbing, surfing, etc.)
Team sports (basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc.)
Functional fitness (plyometrics, kettlebell training, etc.)
Mind-body exercise (tai chi, meditation, etc.).
Fitness and workout can help improve overall health, build strength and endurance, reduce stress, and support weight management. It is recommended to participate in physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day, most days of the week.
