Today's quote is about running and comes from Haruki Murakami. I'm not the biggest fan of his novels (as I don't like fountains nor cats that much), but I've listened to his "what I talk about when I talk about running" countless times. Mostly while running.

He says: "I run in a void. Or rather I run to acquire a void". And that's exactly why I run. Not for a medal, but to clear my head.
