EBL Skybank App Redesign (Case Study)

EBL Skybanking is a mobile and web-based banking service that can be accessed from any device (iPhone, desktop, tablet, etc) at any time.

For EBL Skybanking, the same ID and password can be used on both mobile and web platforms to perform all essential banking services as needed.

What's the problem with EBL "Transfer to bKash" service: The current system displays a model that says "Change limit" after I touch the "transfer to bKash" button. As a non-technical user, I have no idea what the choice is.

This is quite inconvenient because I need to send the money right away. After pressing the "Change limit" button, the system displays three options for me to choose from which is really perplexing.

In addition, UX writing is perplexing to the average user. When I press the submit button after entering all of the information, the system returns me to the main screen, where I am unable to transfer the funds.
