Hi Everyone!

Previously, I want to share my work on Climatebase, At Climatebase, we're mobilizing talent to accelerate climate solutions. We’re focused on solving one of the biggest challenges faced by organizations working on climate. My role here as a Product Designer at Climatebase.

Climatebase has a feature called the Job Board that allows users to find and view job listings for climate technology roles. However, there is an issue with the filter on the Job Board. Currently, it seems that users are not able to select multiple role types. To provide more information, sub-role types are specific categories within a broader role type (such as "Frontend Engineer", "Backend Engineer", and "DevOps Engineer" being sub-role types under "Software Engineering").

After discussing our concerns with the team, I started to create some ideas to find the best solutions to solve this issue, so the idea is we're changing the filter to make it like a sidebar so we can make the filter looks easy to understand and we can show the sub role more properly and have good readability for every selection.
