Design systems are critical to helping teams unite around a single source of truth for assets that are used repeatedly within a product.
We had the opportunity to create many custom components that allowed us to support very specific user needs, such as a dedicated library of tables, charts, spreadsheets and other components.
As is often the case in complex financial applications, we operate heavily on data and tables. We wanted to create a system that would allow us to generate new types of tables quickly and painlessly.
