UI / UX Design for a Knowledge Base Redesign
Rick Bierman Designs is more than happy to show you how we've created a new website for VR Expert's Knowledge Base. We've worked together with VR Expert since early 2022 and we're more than happy to share some of the results of that collaboration.
Role
UI / UX Design Lead. Providing User Interface Designs, taking responsibility of the user flow / customer journey and making additions to the Design System.
The challenge
The project’s main goal was to create a strong new Knowledge Base without losing touch with the existing community and building a new and improved experience.
The solution
After identifying opportunities and creating insights on structuring the new knowledge base, we've designed a completely new domain that successfully expands upon what the VR Expert team had built for the past years and maintains the connection with its ever-growing community.
The result
The VR Expert team decided to launch this new platform, and continues to improve upon it. A huge step in the right direction with its goal of becoming the VR Expert central hub for all VR / AR related questions.
