The Challenge

Less than ideal click-through results plagued the Motorola Solutions website. This had both a negative impact on potential sales and an intuitive experience for customers. The designers were tasked with enhancing the value of the website to provide an effective and efficient gateway towards transactions.

 

Product Design

The design team implemented effective user experience strategies to elevate the e-commerce experience in all aspects of the website. This included a full redesign of the home page, a new radio configuration process, major enhancements to the checkout experience, and a general overhaul to the user interface throughout the totality of the website.

The Result

We where able to introduce practical and impactful designs that benefited both the end-user and company as a whole. We implemented designs specifically for business to business, business to consumer, and first-time guests. Motorola products were curated for each individual user, resulting in higher click through rates, lower bounce rates, and increased online sales.
