Medical Costs Eat Away at Social Security Payments...

One of a series of spots to accompany a package for the New York Times about the Cost of Living Adjustment to Social Security. I sent a bunch of ideas (probably around a dozen) for the art director to choose from, after reading the articles and deciding what I wanted to highlight. This seemed like an important aspect of it: medical expenses are a major factor in their personal cost of living, and can 'chew up' any raises to pensions.
