Erin Condren Account & Loyalty Program

Product Description

Research / UX Design / UI Design

The account section of the Erin Condren website had not undergone updates for over 5 years, resulting in outdated visual design and reduced functionality. This led to an influx of customer service requests that could have been simply resolved with enhancements to user account management pages.

Key information such as tracking details, past order history, and reward status were challenging for users to locate, often leading to frustration. Recognizing these pain points, our team prioritized a comprehensive overhaul of the account section.

By modernizing the visual design and enhancing functionality, we aimed to streamline access to critical information and empower users to manage their accounts independently.

New Rewards Program

We implemented a redesigned landing page that emphasizes a visually engaging presentation of information while maintaining ease of navigation. Through this redesign, we aimed to create a welcoming entry point to our rewards program, empowering users to navigate and interact with confidence while accessing its relevant benefits and features.

New Rewards Activity Charts

We implemented a user-friendly chart within the account section to provide customers with a comprehensive overview of their rewards points activity. This intuitive chart enables customers to easily track and understand how they have earned and utilized their rewards points over time.

The chart displays key details, including points earned from purchases, points redeemed for rewards or discounts, and their remaining balance. By presenting this information in a clear and accessible format, we empower customers to make informed decisions about their rewards and maximize their benefits.

Order History Improvements

To improve ease of use, we updated the order history section to match the same UI design that customers see during the checkout process. This ensured a seamless and consistent experience for our customers.

Wishlist Revamp

We conducted a thorough redesign of our wishlist feature to address low engagement and improve user experience. We simplified the process of adding and removing items, making the wishlist more intuitive, visually interesting and user-friendly.

These updates will increase engagement by providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for users interacting with and sharing their wishlist.
