About the project

A humanitarian platform with the idea to deliver urgent help to Ukrainians suffering from Russian aggression.

Initially, it provided a bad UX that resulted in dozens of calls received every day by the call center of Ukrainian's Ministry of Social Policy.

Thanks to a thorough study of user pains, competitor analysis, and detailed research, a new interface speeds up help for victims of Russia-Ukraine war. The design system speeds up the development process of new functionality and makes the product look consistent.
