Project Overview

Cryptocurrency can be confusing and intimidating. For this project the goal was to design an app that was easy to understand, fun to use, and approachable for all.

User Research

My target user wanted to use a tool that would help them as they got started in crypto. They wanted a straightforward app that was easy to use and would help them feel confident in their investment decisions.

User Flow

I was given a simple user flow dictating the main trading function of the app.

Visual Design

Personal Portfolio's

I utilized a visually driven, simple portfolio to help users see only the information that they care about. I also stuck to simple CTA's designed to help users make the most important choices.

Step by Step Guidance

I used straightforward screens with a simple UI to reduce cognitive load for the user during the trading process.

Beginner Friendly

In my design, I looked for ways to remove barriers to complex financial information by presenting insights in a way that was familiar to users. I included simplified stats, related news, and easy to read analyst findings.
