Meet Sasha - young photographer who is looking for effective communicating platform

Enabling diversified methods for quick and effective communication
Sasha is interested in the automated communication that will address the redundant and repetitive tasks, and reduce her time spent on emails . During the application onboarding, Sara will be encouraged to create the response templates for common emails or requests. Every time the relevant category is detected, Magic will prompt the template that Sara can send with one click or easily adjust.
Design decisions
Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to streamline communication
Young entrepreneurs need to face a lot of challenges these days when developing their own business. That’s why Maigic main concept is based on the elementary features of AI and ML , so that every young entrepreneur, like Sasha, can afford it and promote. Thanks to the ML techniques, Sasha will get the personalized suggestions based on her writing style.

Validating main user flows with one user allowed to identify various opportunities for application improvements including redesign of main elements and a change towards more conversational language. Due to time constraints, I tested the prototype with one user. Ideally, I would test it with 5 people to get more insights and identify some patterns.

Constantly increasing demands on the market leads young people to search for the more effective solutions that can help them be more effective and productive. Millennials is the promising group that easily adopts new forms of technology and seeks for innovation. That’s why as the next step I would identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction as well as the effectiveness of the AI and ML detection techniques . This will help to uncover new opportunities and develop Maigic to constantly address Sasha and other young entrepreneurs needs. I will also think on the concept of making the Inbox zero based on the initial mail category and user consent. I will also design the minimalist footer for the initial email sent from Maigic to the standard email app in order to attract and gain new users.
