Day 8/21

Today's quote comes from David Letterman: "If it weren't for the coffee I'd have no identifiable personality whatsoever".

I start with a cup at six am, quickly followed by another at around seven. Sometimes I mix it with butter and coconut oil, which should supposedly work as a slow-release mechanism for the caffeine.

I drink way too much coffee than is recommended, but hey - so does the rest of the world.
