Meter Aid Mobile App

Matthew Coffey Role: UX Designer, Interviewer, Guerilla Test administrator, UX Writer

5 user interviews were conducted with people who commute to and around the San Francisco area. We asked 15 questions about the issues found with attempting to park in the city. Next we followed up with our survey narrowing participants difficulties with finding parking in the city and how it inconviences them.

Affinity diagram compiling data collected from our interviewees, and appropriately categorizing them. Also our photo persona.

The user flow was revisited after our testing. Followed by our clickable lo-fi prototype. With our splash page, log-in page, and parking selections. Next are notes from our guerrilla testing. Ideation generated from the feedback of our users. As well as our feature prioritization matrix based on feedback from users and ideal implementations in this app.
