Why Mindfulness?

As promised, today my "Why Mindfulness?" site was launched. You can find the full site at http://whymindfulness.com

This fact-based website is dedicated to informing the audience of the potential health and wellness benefits of mindfulness mediation, backed by studies and sources that help justify the claims. Included in the site is how to practice mindfulness, frequently asked questions, and additional resources (such as links to apps, articles, and videos), as well as ways to share the site on social media.

My hope is that this site will help others benefit from a practice I've personally benefited from. The concept of meditation can have a lot of spiritual connotation, and I'd like this site to be a more approachable option for people who are interested in what mindfulness mediation is all about.
