Account Management

The goal was to re design Raydiant's account management page to make it self serve so that users are able to make changes to their account and billing details without having to go through support.

Problem: As of now, users need to contact support in order to make any billing changes to their account or have access to their invoices. This is not a pleasant experience for the customer since it can cause long waiting times for a simple task. This is also more costly on the company's side since they would need to hire more support staff to deal with clients who want to view and purchase the apps.

Solution: By making it self serve, users can make changes to their account and billing details. They can do so by going into their settings where they can click on account management and a whole new page will open up.

The key features added are:

• Invoice management where the user can view and pay an invoice

•  Payment method management where the user can view there payment methods as well as edit

• Account detail management where the user can view and edit their account details including their email, phone number as well as shipping/billing addresses.

Current Account Management Page

In the current account page, it's very compact and has endless scroll which isn't user friendly. When the user clicks on 'update payment method', a snackbar will appear which lead to a support email that you can contact to make any changes or buy products.

Research: We analyzed existing account management systems and took that inspiration to come up with our own. With the findings, we started brainstorming and coming with ways that we could improve and be better then our competition, and so from there we started sketching and wireframing while testing along the way.

Conclusion

The project is still currently in process however, with the high fidelity mockups we have, we were able to go from the customer not even being able to view there bills to being able to self-serve. The platform is simple, easy to navigate with smooth interactions.
