GALEO 2022 Hispanic Heritage Luncheon Graphics

I was honored to again be asked to design the graphics for GALEO's Hispanic Heritage Month Luncheon. Since this is an event that is a celebration, the team at GALEO wanted the graphics to have a carnival theme. I got out the colorful feathers and started getting to work. Because the event was held in October, 2022 - right before an election - they wanted to included a strong push for getting out the vote as well. To promote the event, we created digital graphics to be used in social media and emails as well as posters and other physical pieces. For the event itself, I designed a 20-page program that showcased the event's sponsors, honorees, leadership and schedule of events. This year, we also created table markers that helped attendees find their seat. Instead of using table numbers, we used famous Hispanic leaders thorough history and included a few bullet points of who they were and the historic contributions they each had made. Each marker included a QRCode that when scanned would take you to a website we created that gave you the full list of leaders with more information on every historic leader. We also designed for each table a four panel standup that displayed facts and figures about GALEO with QRCodes that when scanned took you to ways to get involved and make a difference.
