Careem Captain App – Trip receipt

Hey everyone! 👋

Today we want to refresh one of our projects and share a new perspective with you! Last year, we published the Careem case study where we focused on drivers in particular (or Captains as they call them 😉). Over the course of the project, we conducted 2 series of user tests to learn more about the user's point of view and uncover usability issues. The animation shows the areas users focused on while reviewing the trip receipt screen. They valued information about the money they get after the trip, fee reduction, total calculation, and the distance they made. Although it's not live yet, we are sure that by collecting users' feedback we will bring real value to them!
