SPIN by SouthWest (SPINXSW) is an interactive art installation I conceived, designed, and built with 3 media technology friends for SXSW Interactive. The project allowed participants to connect to a 15' tall interactive LED light sphere using their mobile phones. The lights responded to rotational movements of each participants' phone, which we paired with a simple mobile game to encourage participants to "dance to win". The exhibit was featured as part of the Global Citizen Night concert series, opening for The Fray.
