Transfer validation tracking for Memo Bank

We have recently updated our transfer validation system by giving account administrators the possibility to designate one or more validators for transfers, depending on their amount.

We wanted to allow each employee to understand what process their transfer must go through, and where it stands. On the transfer panel, they can now see the progress of the validation flow.
