Today's quote comes from mr. Joe Rogan. I am paraphrasing at best, but he said it one way or the other several times: "I'm a big believer in discomfort. There's certain enjoyment in doing things you don't enjoy".

He inspired me more than any other human being over the past two years. I started doing things that are uncomfortable. Doing a poster-a-day is one of them.
