Book About Shigeru Ban

Last semester I designed a book about Shigeru Ban, a Japanese architect best known for his disaster relief projects. Cheap materials with low environmental impact, especially paper, are his trademark. For this reason the protagonist of my project, in addition to the architect himself, is recycled paper. I designed a dust jacket with a pattern, which occupies a portion of the cover. Through simple shapes, I allude to the cardboard tubes used by the architect.
