Product Page of E-commerce Website
5 of 15 ways we’d improve the UX of an e-commerce Product Page is to Make ‘Save’, ‘Wishlist’ Features Easy to Access & Use.
People probably use the ‘Save’ or ‘Wishlist’ features less because it demands a high interaction cost such as having to register. While businesses have valid reasons for insisting on registration first, I’m not sure it’s out of place to be accepting of people who’re not ready to give out their information yet.
Also considering instances where a customer sights an item, hurriedly wants to save it, to return to it later; what becomes of such a situation where said customer is not disposed to start inputting their personal details?
