Ortto, formerly known as Autopilot, is an Australian-founded software company that specializes in simplifying customer journeys. The website redesign led by Morgan and I aimed to better align the website with the product and the brand identity, while also highlighting the key features of the platform such as the customer data platform (CDP), multi-channel marketing automation, and analytics. The redesign not only aimed to improve the user experience but also to drive growth by effectively communicating the value of Ortto's platform.
