Mini Apps

App Clips and Instant Apps - together called 'Mini Apps' - enable consumers to access a small piece of the app instantly without the need to download an entire app from the App Store or Play Store. A Mini App can be accessed by scanning a QR code or NFC tag.

Brands can use this technology to connect people in-store to their app. For example: at the checkout register, consumer can scan a QR code that opens a Membership Sign-Up Mini App.
