Client's Requirements Summary:
I like the modern/mid-century modern look on both the outside and inside. I have attached a floor plan I drafted earlier to give you an idea of what I am looking for. I want the floor plan to stay somewhat true to the example. I like it when the kitchen/dining/living is stretched in the middle of the house with tall floor-to-ceiling windows instead of outside walls. Also, I like natural lighting. It would be built on a 3-5 acre lot and cost no more than about USD 380,000.
