Marketing Campaign | Downtown Spokane

Downtown Spokane Partnership reached out to us looking for help organizing a Spirit Week campaign. The goal was two-fold: first, to get people working back in-office in downtown Spokane more than one or two days a week, and second, to showcase the lifestyle and fun that happens before, during, and after a workday in downtown Spokane. Coffee, lunch out, and happy hours!

We came up with daily themes and activities alongside the DSP Marketing Team to create an energy-packed week. Andrea also worked and presented the idea for board approval, which was passed! Outside of event participation, our main KPI was driving registrations with email sign-ups so that we can market to a growing, engaged list of locals about future correlating events.

Within 48 hours of putting our first organic in-feed post up on social media, we had hundreds of registrations! Back to Downtown Spirit Week is still going on, therefore we don’t have final numbers yet. However, we have had endless positive feedback, fantastic social media engagement, and a lot of businesses’ participation, despite putting this entire campaign together in just weeks. We are eager to gather results early November on the total success of the campaign!
