Social Media Hub

This is a project I'm especially proud of, personally. Interestingly enough, this was actually not a job initially. While I was asked to record any hours I spent working on designs for the business and paid accordingly, this particular project began as a personal experiment after hearing of the small, young shop's struggles to gain better social traction.

Behind the Design:

Each aspect of the page itself was carefully crafted by yours truly. Everything was done using QR Code Generator. Using a subscription, you can create dynamic QR codes which link to pages that you can personally customise.

What I did:

-Input hex codes for the button and banner colours.

-Added each social link and title.

-Crafted the "Shop Local, Stay Social" attention grabber to emphasise the importance of following their social accounts and urge customers to do so.

-Designed and added the banner.

-Designed and added the loading icon.

-Designed the QR code itself, choosing style, colour, shape, position (particularly of the three nodes in the corners).

Fun Fact! You can scan a QR code without downloading any apps! If you have a smart phone, you just have to open your camera app and hold it still over the code. It will read it and produce a link to bring you to the page!
