Bunon - A Premium Customized Nakshi Kantha Brand of Bangladesh

Nakshi Kantha is a type of embroidered quilt that has been a part of Bengali art tradition for centuries. It is particularly notable in the Bengal region, which includes Bangladesh and the Indian states of West Bengal, Tripura, and parts of Assam. The quilts are made using thread and old cloth and are characterized by their colorful patterns and designs, which are created using a running stitch called the "Kantha stitch."

Nakshi Kantha quilts were traditionally made for use within the family, but they have recently been produced commercially as well. The areas of Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Bogra, Rajshahi, Faridpur, Jessore, and Chittagong are mainly well-known for producing these quilts.
